Communications

  
    a. Her Million Dollar Return - Consulting/Coaching; When opted-in, you may receive SMS messages for appointment reminders, response to requests, marketing & non-marketing communications, updates and offers.
 

    b. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to opt out. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

    c. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    d. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages prior to appointments & events you have opted-in. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Registration & Payment

All registrations must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan. Full payment must be completed prior to the event date. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable due to the limited capacity and curated nature of the event. Registrations may be transferred to another participant with written notice at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Transfer requests made after this period are not guaranteed.

Event Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, programming, facilitators, or experiences as necessary. In the event of postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, registrations will be honored for a rescheduled date. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued at the organizer's discretion.

Travel & Accommodations

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, lodging, and meals unless otherwise explicitly stated. Ferry transportation is included as outlined in the selected package.

Assumption of Risk

By attending, participants acknowledge they are voluntarily engaging in retreat activities and assume full responsibility for their participation. This includes physical, emotional, and mental engagement.

Code of Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and experiences are the intellectual property of Sovereignty on the Shoals™ and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Media Release

Participants grant permission for photography, video, and other media captured during the event to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided in advance.

Limitation of Liability

The organizer and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred in connection with the event, including but not limited to travel disruptions, personal injury, or loss of personal property.

Coastal & Weather Conditions

Participants acknowledge that this event takes place in a coastal environment. Ferry schedules and event timing may be impacted by weather or other natural conditions. Flexibility is required.

VIP / Star Keepers Terms

Participants in premium tiers acknowledge that private sessions, dinners, and bonus experiences are scheduled in advance. Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Non-Therapeutic Disclaimer

This event is intended for educational and experiential purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Agreement

By registering for any events, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
